I was checking out the Lancome counter today and I spotted the new Hypnose Onyx Volume Mascara in Sparkle Top Coat well of course I had to try it out.  This mascara is to be used as a top coat (hence the name) over your regular mascara it adds a sparkle to your lashes.  I've tried products like this before and been disappointed because they did not deliver on their promised effect.  So I was skeptical before I tried it but this top coat delivers on it's promises.  It gives your lashes a wonderful sparkle that you can either keep subtle by applying one or two coats or make more dramatic by applying more.  Next time you are at the Lancome counter give it a try and see what you think.  If you like a little sparkle now and then I think you'll like this product a lot.  It'll be a great summer night out effect.
